Meet the maker

Awoto Margret

Gulu, Uganda Krochet Kids Intl.

Crocheter

Awoto Margret began working to help support her family when she was a young girl, which meant she was unable to have a real childhood or attend school. As a beneficiary at KK Uganda, Margret can now provide a life for herself and her family that she never imagined possible. Her children and siblings are able to pay for school fees with the money Margret earns and she is accruing the knowledge and resources necessary to pursue her dreams of owning land and starting her own business.

DREAMS FOR THE FUTURE

My future plan is to start up a business that will help me care for my children and to buy a piece of land and build for my children.

LOVE DEFINED

To me, love is sharing and helping one another.

INTERESTS & HOBBIES

I enjoy prayers, business, cooperating with one another and also sharing ideas with one another.

MESSAGE TO KK intl.
