Meet the maker

Auma Concy

Gulu, Uganda Krochet Kids Intl.

Crocheter

Auma Concy’s dedication to her education led her to accept money from unreliable sources who, in the long run, hurt her more than they helped. Today, Concy is learning to be independent and to be the sole provider for herself and her family. She hopes to continue to bless others in the same way that she has been blessed by the KK Uganda program.

DREAMS FOR THE FUTURE

I hope to continue providing for my family and to start another income-generating activity so that I can provide for more people as well.

FAVORITE THING ABOUT NORTHERN UGANDA

I love the traditional dances, the food and the beautiful clothing.
