Meet the maker

Alanyo Teddy

Gulu, Uganda Krochet Kids Intl.

Crocheter

Alanyo Teddy was an orphan struggling to find food and shelter for herself and her siblings. Today, Teddy earns enough money through her work at KK Uganda to support herself and her siblings and also to send her younger siblings to school. Teddy has also started loaning money to others in the community in order to supplement her income with the interest that she collects through that.

DREAMS FOR THE FUTURE

My dream is to go back to school and to start a business that will help me support myself after I leave the crochet program.

INTERESTS & HOBBIES

I am a sports lady and love to watch and play football.
