Akwero Jeniffer

Perhaps because she became a mother at a young age, Akwero Jeniffer shows an tremendous compassion for those around her, whether they are her own children, her friends at the compound or even the birds she keeps on her small farm. Being in the KK Uganda program has enabled Jeniffer to save money that she has used to support herself and her children. She has already started poultry rearing at her father’s home and hopes to continue to grow her small business.

DREAM FOR THE FUTURE

I started up poultry rearing at my father’s home with five layers that have already started laying eggs. My future dream is to educate all my children and also buy more poultry and some animals like goats for rearing so as to give me more income.

LOVE DEFINED

Love conquers every evil. When there is love, there is peace. Love is giving without taking.

INTERESTS & HOBBIES

My most enjoyable activity is singing. I started singing when I was young and now I am in the choir at church.
