Akwero Agnes was born the first of three children. During the war, Agnes witnessed many of her family members taken away from her. With the money that she has earned at KK Uganda, Agnes is able to assist her husband and pay for her children’s schooling. Her dream is to see her children go through university, an opportunity that she was denied.

DREAM FOR THE FUTURE

My dream is to educate my children to a higher level of learning. Since I was denied education, I will struggle to ensure that all my children are educated.

INTERESTS & HOBBIES

I love gardening. We are very fortunate because the land in Northern Uganda is so fertile, which is excellent for farming and weeding.
