When working in the fields became too difficult during the war, Winny and her family were left without a livelihood or hope. With the money that she is earning by working at KK Uganda, Winny has been able to pull herself and her family out of poverty and can now even supporting her younger sister through school. Winny fully embraces her own definition of love: being generous and staying in unity with others.

DREAMS FOR THE FUTURE

My future dream is to build in the family’s land so that people may rent in order to get school fees for my children and feed my family.

LOVE DEFINED

To me, love is staying together in unity with friends and also sharing things with others.

INTERESTS & HOBBIES

My hobbies are playing netball and singing gospel songs.
